My Priorities

A Clear Vision for Baytown's Future

Baytown deserves leadership that is focused, accountable, and driven by the real needs of our community. Here is what I will fight for every single day.

Public Safety

Keep Our Families Safe

Public safety is the foundation of a thriving community. I will support our police officers, firefighters, and EMS professionals with the resources, training, and respect they deserve. I will work to strengthen neighborhood watch programs, improve emergency response times, and ensure that every Baytown resident feels safe in their home and on their streets.

  • Fully fund and support Baytown PD, Fire, and EMS
  • Invest in community policing and neighborhood partnerships
  • Improve lighting and infrastructure in high-crime areas
  • Support mental health resources for first responders

Responsible Growth

Smart Development That Works for Everyone

Baytown is growing — and that growth must be managed wisely. I will advocate for development that brings quality jobs, expands our tax base, and improves our infrastructure without sacrificing the character of our neighborhoods. Every major development decision should benefit Baytown residents first.

  • Attract quality employers and living-wage jobs
  • Protect residential neighborhoods from incompatible development
  • Invest in roads, drainage, and infrastructure improvements
  • Ensure development agreements deliver real community benefits

Transparent Leadership

Government That Works for You

Too many residents feel like their voices don't matter at City Hall. I've felt that way myself. As your council member, I will hold regular community meetings, communicate openly about city decisions, and make sure that every resident — regardless of zip code — has a seat at the table. Transparency isn't optional; it's a requirement.

  • Hold regular town halls in every district neighborhood
  • Publish clear, accessible reports on city spending
  • Respond to constituent concerns within 48 hours
  • Live-stream and archive all council meetings

Quality of Life

A Baytown We're Proud to Call Home

From our parks and recreation facilities to our roads and community centers, the quality of life in Baytown matters. I will fight to improve the amenities that make our city a great place to live, raise a family, and build a future. Every resident deserves a clean, safe, and vibrant community.

  • Upgrade and expand parks and recreational facilities
  • Invest in youth programs and after-school activities
  • Improve road conditions and sidewalk accessibility
  • Support arts, culture, and community events

Support Local Businesses

Grow Baytown's Economy from Within

Local businesses are the backbone of our economy and the heartbeat of our community. As a small business owner myself, I know the challenges entrepreneurs face. I will work to cut red tape, create a business-friendly environment, and connect local entrepreneurs with the resources they need to grow and thrive right here in Baytown.

  • Streamline permitting and licensing for small businesses
  • Create a small business resource and mentorship program
  • Promote buy-local initiatives and community markets
  • Partner with GCCISD to develop workforce pipelines
